What does free actually mean?+
You build your real site — your services, your prices, your photos — and use the whole dashboard, without giving us a card. Nothing is public and it can't take bookings until you subscribe. There's no countdown: come back to it in a fortnight if you're busy.
Do I need any technical skills?+
None. The setup wizard walks you through everything in plain English. Connecting Stripe is the only step that takes more than a couple of minutes, and it's copy-and-paste.
Where does the money go?+
Straight to you. Customers pay through your own Stripe account and it lands in your bank, usually within a couple of days. We never touch it and take no cut — you pay us the flat monthly fee and Stripe's normal card fee, nothing else.
Mobile, unit, or both?+
Any of them. Tell us whether you go to the customer, they come to you, or both, and the booking form asks for the right details.
Do you send texts?+
No — everything goes by email: confirmations, reminders, review requests and aftercare. No per-message charges to worry about.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Start on a free address and connect your own domain any time — we show you the one DNS record to add and check it for you.
Is there a contract?+
